Responsibilities:
• Complete project objectives on time, within the agree budget and scope
- Develop detailed project plans, SOW’s & project schedules
- Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks
- Coordinate project activities
- Actively participate in large scale transition projects/activities
- Communicate risks, changes and progress
- Track progress and review project tasks to meet the milestones/deadlines
- Assess project issues and identifies solutions to meet quality
- Apply project management & organizationally recognized methodologies and strategies
- Follow PM/organizationally recognized methodologies
- Use the appropriate business measurements, terms & conditions for the project according to the agreed terms;
- Delegate work assignments where appropriate
Requirements:
- Excellent French and English language skills
- Previous project coordination experience
- People management experience is considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet
