Direct Hire

Salary Range: $40,000 - $53,500 based on experience

The Desktop Support Engineer will support employees, computer hardware and software, within the corporate IT environment.

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Engineer Job in Rochester, NY:

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and their respective software.

• Resolve computer hardware, software, internet, and web-based application issues.

• Perform minor hardware repairs.

• Imaging of computers with agency approved software and services.

• Work with hardware vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications of the Desktop Support Engineer Job in Rochester, NY:

• Associate degree or equivalent 3 to 5-year experience in an IT-related field.

• Experience providing Windows desktop support.

• Experience with remote support tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Experience with Active Directory.

• Valid driver’s license
