Role: Strategy Lead (Project Coordinator/Manager)

Payrate: $60-65/hr

Our client in the Dallas area is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Lead to help move their team and project ahead. You will be responsible for organizing and driving key Technology Strategy initiatives. While each initiative will vary, they all will require planning, critical thinking, execution, communication and collaboration skills. This role will include interactions with groups both inside/outside of the Technology Organization, as well as inside/outside of the organization. The incumbent must lead and direct collaboration with researchers, vendors and other stakeholders including industry peers and customers. This role is an integral member of the Technology Strategy team who must perform a range of tasks as assigned and be required to think both strategically and procedurally, learn quickly, adapt to change, provide thought leadership and interact well with diverse audiences.
Key Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in strategy leadership
Project management experience (PMP is not required)
Proficient Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Design skills to include Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience working with IT teams
Communication - written and verbal. Skills must be exceptional
Presentation skills
Creative, out of the box thinking and problem solving
Team player
Organization
Additional Requirements
College degree
Agile experience
Visualization tools like Tableau or Excel Pivot Tables
Experience working in a utility company
Experience working with change management teams
