Project Overview: Join our team managing the Mobile Launcher 2 project at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. As we spearhead the design and construction of NASA's Mobile Launcher 2 for the Space Launch System (SLS), you'll be at the forefront of space exploration, contributing to a legacy that reaches beyond the stars.
Education and Experience Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship Required
Proficiency in business administration procedures and ethics
Strong oral and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Governmental Contracts
Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards and scheduling concepts
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR 9 years of related experience

Major Responsibilities:
Prepare bidders lists and qualify bidders
Form bid packages, issue bid requests, and coordinate bidding process
Establish clear requirements with suppliers and internal teams
Initiate and process purchase order revisions
Job Summary: Reporting to Procurement Management, you'll play a pivotal role in the formation, administration, and delivery of purchase orders. With guidance from our global business unit Contracts and Procurement Manager, you'll ensure adherence to purchase order terms and conditions while fostering strong supplier relationships.

Pay Range: Based on experience ($21.75 - $41.02 hourly)
