Job Title Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager

Long-term, ongoing contract

The Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager will work within the Retail Buying Experience (RBE) Department. This department is responsible for working in close collaboration with our regional field teams and our dealer partners to transform traditional retail sales tools and processes in order to improve the retail buying experience. Additionally, this department works closely with other departments within Herndon to improve customer experience from online to in-store, while adding e-commerce tools that allow customers to save time in-store by educating themselves at home.

The use of new digital tools and more transparent, customer focused processes can give our consumers a best in a class purchase experience when utilized effectively. All of these digital tools create data points and events that need to be collected, analyzed, managed, and repurposed into useful reporting to support strategic decisions and process improvements.

The Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager will be responsible for helping to refine and improve the strategic vision as well as the day-to-day operations for the Enterprise Leads Management System (ELMS). The role is critical in the continual enhancement, optimization and adoption of a modern and progressive Retail Buying Experience. This individual will also provide internal stakeholders, AoA Field, dealers and select vendors/partners with the analytics and reporting needed to improve the overall buying experience. The Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager will report to the Digital Buying Experience Manager, who oversees all Tier 3 Digital initiatives with ELMS vendor, including Tier 3 Certified Provider Program and Modern Retail Consulting (MRC) Teams.

Role Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%)

The Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager will work to refine and improve the strategic vision for lead processing and reporting for AoA and its dealers, as well as provide daily operational support. This individual is responsible for ensuring all 3rd party tools across tiers are integrated and captured into the ELMS ecosystem in order for AoA and our dealers to have transparency into Lead Process operations.

Daily Responsibilities include 50%:

• Working with ELMS vendor and internal ELMS stakeholders (IT&S, one, Marketing, CPO, and After Sales) to ensure program success.

• Monitoring of ELMS to ensure successful operations and reporting to AoA dealers/field and corporate users.

• Support Ad hoc report requests by departments on leads.

• Additional support for MRCs/field/dealers/AoA corporate.

• Phone leads and call tracking management.

Monthly Responsibilities include 25%

• Monthly summary reports for field personnel highlighting and showcasing areas and dealers to benchmark.

• 3PL Management including optimizing partners; managing dealer requests for opt in/out; CI Compliance and vendor management; Marketing and Regional alignment; monthly billing to dealers and budget maintenance.

• Invoice and Budget management for ELMS.

• Supporting Marketing initiatives, including changes to Marketing and/or Co-op Guidelines, or adding Tier 3 website content for Incentives Programs which will drive lead generation.

Transition responsibilities - 15%

• Main point of contact for transition of ELMS.

• Manage the successful transition of ELMS vendor.

• Supporting ramp-up of oADD - one Digital Dealership website platform.

Strategic responsibilities - 10%

• Review current processes and identify opportunities for more eective and ecient data management and visualizations.

• Identify how to capture data for new trends (i.e. Digital Retailing in-store metrics) within ELMS dashboards.

• Ensuring that lead integrations for all vendors participating in the Tier 3 Certified Provider Program, and data capture/tagging, is established.

• Re-design existing data management processes, while establishing a long-term strategy for reporting ownership within Tableau.

• Align with AoA Field and all internal stakeholders on analytics and reporting needs

• Ensure high adoption and enthusiasm for all reporting tools.

• Provide training ideas and content to continually engage dealers and the field.

• Relentlessly review the output of our Lead Management Dashboard (Company Lead Intelligence), measuring quality and identifying solutions to data deficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Skills & Experience):

Education

Required Desired

• Bachelor Degree in a business-related field such as Marketing or Economics

• MBA or Master desirable

Specialized Skills: Knowledge or certifications unique to this role

Required Desired

• 5+ years of professional experience with a comprehensive understanding of automotive retail sales and service environment, online and in-store.

• Expert in Tier 3 dealer digital buying experience tools, like Chat, Text, Digital Retailing, Trade-in, Digital Advertising, SEO, Email, and Dealer Websites

• Digital Transformation experience

• Budget management experience

• Proven ability to influence and implement change (process, behavior, systems)

• Proven ability to track results & utilize data to improve performance

• Experience in managing large teams in matrix organizations/ leading agencies

• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Previous OEM experience

• Experience working in or directly with an agency and/or automotive digital vendor

• Analytics experience

Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc.

• Domestic travel may be required, willingness to travel up to 25%; flexible work schedule
