Job Title: Change Management Consultant (Oracle/ERP)

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid in Southern OK, (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX area)

Salary Range: $55-70/hr (W2)

Akkodis is seeking a Change Management Consultant for a contract role based in Oklahoma but is open to Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX applicants who can work a hybrid in Southern OK. The desired candidate will have 5+ years of change management activities, including multiple ERP implementations. Oracle Cloud experience is preferred, but any ERP Change Management is acceptable. The module focus will be Talent, Inventory Management, and EPM (Finance). Full lifecycle change management is required. This is an excellent role with an exciting company!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Expert in managing enterprise wide transformation programs, that collectively engages an organization to adopt the planned change.

  • High level of emotional intelligence; understand people relations and the capacity to enhance working relationships in all departments making you a preferred and trusted partner.

  • Develop & deliver workshops to train and communicate change activities for stakeholders, senior level executives and large groups that facilitate ongoing engagement with all various stakeholders

  • Communicates effectively inside the organization. Aligns complex projects and work in order to achieve departmental goals. Can articulate complex operational challenges in an understandable way to an audience unfamiliar with departmental concepts.

  • Applies problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve highly complex issues with a very broad scope. Requires no guidance and direction.

  • Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the communication plan. Able to prepare ad hoc communication material as needed.

  • Own the SharePoint site for communications.

  • Support the development of strategies and detailed plans to ensure end user adoption of new tools and business processes related to enterprise wide changes, and the ability to understand and undertake work across divisions on enterprise project management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development or IT preferred

  • 5+ years of Change Management experience

  • PROSCI experience/certification preferred

  • Experience with ERP implementations as a Change Manager

  • Oracle experience, highly preferred.

  • Module experience - Talent, Inventory Management, EPM (Finance)

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

  • CCMP Certification preferred

  • Expert in communications, and support

  • SharePoint experience.

  • Excellent consulting skills with the ability to influence others

  • Proven experience in Cultural Change

Pay Details: $55.00 to $70.00 per hour
