JOB TITLE: Senior Oracle Cloud Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilites include but are not limited to the following:

  • Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Record to Report implementation experience in a functional role

  • Position will lead the Record to Report implementation using Oracle SaaS application in the Oracle Cloud.

  • Acceptable experience includes at least five years functional responsibility with Oracle Fusion EBS general ledger, Oracle FCCS Financial Close and consolidation

  • Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Record to Report support experience in a functional role.

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

  • Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

  • Required experience includes Oracle general ledger, financial reporting, and fixed assets.

  • Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.

  • Ensures tasks are accurately scoped and conducted in line with company strategy, security, and governance guidelines.

  • Meets regularly with internal customers (Product Owners), identifying issues and opportunities, and addressing as appropriate.

  • Acts as a key liaison between other functional areas within IT and Business leaders throughout the Company to assess project priorities, identify opportunities for systems improvements or enhancements, and evaluate the success and impact of Financial Systems solutions on Company operations.By harnessing the power of Oracle ERP Cloud, you can streamline enterprise business processes with ERP Cloud's Financials, Procurement, or Project Portfolio Management

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Most preferred experience is Oracle Cloud

  • Experience in construction or AEC Industry desired.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization, with internal and external customers

  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others and work collaboratively in a team of business and technical professionals

  • Experience using agile project management methodologies

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is between $125,000.00 - 150,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
