The Support Engineer is a self-motivated problem solver who is responsible for desktop and application support to all employees. This includes, desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft Office, and other third party and internal software. The IT Support Engineer must also provide excellent customer service skill to communicate and resolve technical issues effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing desktop and application support to all employees.

  • Responsible for onboarding new users via Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.

  • Responsible for responding, resolving, and escalating issues submitted via ticketing system or phone call.

  • Responsible for providing problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. This includes both remote and deskside support.

  • Demonstrate commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Contributes to the documentation of procedures and guidelines for internal team use.

  • Be part of an on-call rotation responsible for after-hours support. To include but not limited to overnight.

 Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience supporting a Windows Domain environment (Linux experience is a plus.)

  • A strong understanding of computer hardware and software support.

  • Proven strong troubleshooting skills.

  • A basic understanding of TCP/IP networks.

  • Active Directory and Exchange administration.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
