D365 F&O Systems Support Analyst

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Remote, UK

Brief:

My end-user client is currently going through a global transformation and is looking to bring on a confident and curious D365 F&O Support Analyst to join their growing team.

You'll be part of a global implementation of D365 F&O, supporting users, making changes on the system, and be the POC for all 1st/2nd line support queries.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and guidance for users of the D365 F&O / CE system
  • Developing user guides, training materials, and SOPs for D365 F&O processes
  • Identify system improvements and ways to increase efficiency opportunities
  • Monitor and action support request tickets relating to the business application suite promptly.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years' providing AX / D365F&O system support to users
  • Curious, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Proven experience working towards tight deadlines and changing priorities within a dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting international users is an advantage
