Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Specialized IT Consultant. As a Specialized IT Consultant, where you have experience in the implementation and optimization of critical financial management systems. With a focus on PBCS modules such as planning, FCCS, and cost management, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient budgeting and strategic modeling processes, contributing to the effective governance of provincial resources.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must Haves:
Demonstrated technical skills with 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Solutions (PBCS).
Experience implementing PBCS modules such as planning, FCCS, strategic modeling, and cost management.
Criteria:
Demonstrated Technical Skills with 5+ Years of Experience Designing and Implementing Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Solutions (PBCS)
Lead requirements gathering and perform detailed fit/gap analysis.
Analyze and design PBCS cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
Implement PBCS modules such as planning, FCCS, strategic modeling, and cost management.
Build PBCS applications, including reports and integrations with on-premise data sources.
Document designs and project collaterals.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide production support.
Demonstrated communication skills and Experience in Working with Large Organizations and Projects
Work closely with project management team to provide inputs into the project plan.
Provide regular updates to project management team on progress and report key issues and risks.
Deliver demos and presentations to project stakeholders.
Document all new designs, processes, and procedures.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to the EPM Application and Technical Team.
Provide input into user training sessions and materials.
