Must-haves:
Experience in Agile Project Management:
Proficiency in setting up agile environments for user-centered service development
Leadership in coordinating teams, conducting daily stand-ups, sprints planning, and backlog grooming
Familiarity with user-centered design practices and processes
Expertise in an iterative approach to product development and testing
Knowledge of agile engineering methods and internet technologies
Collaboration and Facilitation:
Proficiency in planning and facilitating collaborative work sessions for product and extended teams
Experience managing agile processes for multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to empower product teams to autonomously organize their work
Communications and Relationships:
Outstanding interpersonal skills for navigating complex issues and stakeholders
Capability in building strong relationships across organizations
Proficiency in creating and presenting information for diverse audiences
Experience communicating timelines and progress effectively
Skill in identifying and resolving obstacles to progress
Subject Matter Experience with Verifiable Credentials:
Experience and knowledge of verifiable credentials and SSI model implementations
Understanding of key roles within the SSI model (issuer, verifier, holder)
Familiarity with major technology components supporting SSI model implementation
