Join Banking Client as a Senior Application Security Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic IS&C goals. Typical Day in Role:
Support Senior Management in achieving IS&C strategic goals
Build and deploy applications into production environments
Provide production support for applications
Develop strategies and processes for managing web application security vulnerabilities
Enhance communication models for web application vulnerability remediation
Design and implement application security controls
Identify, analyze, and communicate application vulnerabilities
Ensure adherence to established risk mitigation processes
Report findings to development teams and management
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of Java application development experience
3+ years of experience building security applications
Proficiency in multi-tier web applications and related vulnerabilities
Experience in source code reviews and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools
Knowledge of Agile Software Delivery, Continuous Integration, DevOps, and cloud native technologies
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Experience with Agile development tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Bit Bucket, Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins
Familiarity with reporting tools like Cognos, JasperReport, and Microsoft Power BI
