Join Scotia Bank Client as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions and contributing to the operational resilience program. Note: This role is a hybrid work model that involves 3 days a week in the office.

Typical Day in Role:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Facilitate meetings between internal stakeholders and vendors for requirements gathering.

  • Provide testing and validation support to ensure systems configurations meet business needs.

  • Develop Business Requirements Documents and related documentation.

  • Provide project oversight from a technology perspective.

  • Contribute to the strategy for operational resilience program development.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce solution implementation.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Fusion Risk Management or regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience (e.g., OSFI E-21).

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Experience with UAT and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

  • Familiarity with MS Power BI.

Best VS. Average Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Salesforce systems and expertise in analyzing business processes. The best candidate will excel in translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
