Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Security Specialist. As a Security Specialist, where you have experience in sustaining and enhancing large-scale identity and access management systems. With a focus on Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus, your role will contribute to the security and efficiency of critical government applications, ensuring seamless operations for the province.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus, preferably with OIAM 12C.

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations utilizing various technology products including Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, and others.

Criteria:

1. Sustainment of Large Identity and Access Management Systems

  • 5+ years of experience sustaining COTS-based identity and access management systems.

  • Implementation experience with over 10,000 registered users.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.

  • Proficiency with system monitoring tools like Nagios.

  • Understanding of IT Security Technologies such as encryption and authentication protocols like PKI, PMI, and SSL.

  • Experience in solution design for business applications integrating with access management services using SAML2 and OIDC protocols.

2. Sustainment of Large Application Implementations

  • Expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations using a range of technology products.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management.

3. Incident and Problem Management

  • 5+ years of experience in triaging, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving application problems, especially related to identity and access management systems.

  • Proficiency in decision-making processes.

4. Quality Assurance

  • 5+ years of experience in quality control and assurance methodologies for applications with over 10,000 users.

  • Familiarity with Change Management and Release Management processes.

  • Experience with automated testing tools like Team Foundation Server (TFS).

  • Proficiency in Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or its equivalents.
