Must-Haves:
3 – 5 years of experience in product process design, re-engineering, implementation, documentation, and data analysis.
Good knowledge of project delivery practices in a matrix environment.
Excellent knowledge of Business Process Mapping Techniques.
Excellent knowledge of SDLC.
Good Business Domain knowledge is specific to the healthcare product and services area.
