Senior Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical solution and guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are followed, and promote best practices within the team.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Technical Role and Responsibilities

15+ years of experience in .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
Proven expertise (5+ years) in designing and implementing solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
Proven expertise (5+ years) Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), etc.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js for web development.
Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Xamarin or .NET MAUI for building mobile applications using .NET.
Deep understanding of Oracle Database management, including SQL, PL/SQL, database design, optimization, and administration.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc
Required to have Bachelors/ Masters/Ph.D. in Computer Science or Mining Engineering from premier institutes.
Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, etc.
Strong advantage to have experience / certification in Power Platform.
