The Modis Women’s Leadership Forum
Established to further Modis’ commitment to the strategic retention and advancement of women and to provide women colleagues within Modis with tools, resources, mentoring and networks needed to support them with professional development in the workplace. 

The Veteran Jobs Mission
A coalition of over 230 private-sector companies committed to hiring 100,000 veterans by 2020. Military veterans looking to get their foot in the door in the industry, or transitioning back in, can connect with us for exceptional opportunities withing our expansive network.

Project Lead the Way
An organization empowering students to develop in-demand skills, pursue rewarding careers, important challenges and contribute to global progress. Modis participates in PLTW’s School Grant Program – focusing on high schools in underserved school districts – to promote our diversity initiative and feed our talent pipeline.

Women in Technology International
Modis has partnered with Women in Technology International (WITI). WITI’s mission is to empower women worldwide to achieve unimagined possibilities and transformations through technology, leadership and economic prosperity.

Hire Purpose
Hirepurpose serves over 50,000 transitioning service members and veterans to support over 100 Fortune 1000, small and medium sized businesses. Modis engaged Hirepurpose in 2019 to ensure we are reaching more Veteran candidates for our clients.

Military Friendly^®Recognition

Dress for Success^®;

Win4Youth
Win4Youth is a social responsibility initiative in which all employees, clients and associates have the opportunity to engage in physical activities and local sporting events to raise funds that support the integration of you people living in underprivileged communities into the labor market.

Creating employment opportunities. Changing lives
A2W works with autism support organizations, inclusion employment organizations, and colleges and universities to recruit, select and train individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for jobs in IT and business operations.

Coup de Boost
Modis organizes “Coup 2 Boost” competition for a call for entrepreneurial projects engineering students.

Promotion Data Asperger
Modis is Founding Sponsor of DATA ASPERGER training of Grenoble Ecole de Management with the aim to train people with Asperger syndrome in roles related to web development and data analysis, and recruit among the students of the promotion internships tp be transformed into permanent contracts.

Girls Academy
Modis sets up levers aimed at promoting women’s access to digital roles. Modis operates the Girls Academy, and I committed to recruiting women excluded from employment at the outcome of their training in IT professions.

Modis Pride
Modis signed the LGBT+ Charter. The objective is to recognize, respect and include all shapes of sexual orientation and gender identity. Modis promotes the importance of being able to be yourself at work regardless of the sexual orientation or gender identity.

Senior Expert Program
Modis provides a platform where former specialists and managers can register as senior experts with Modis. The aim is to place retirees who want to bring their know-how back into suitable projects. Modis takes care of the matching and ensures that specialist departments can continue to benefit from the wealth of experience of former employees.
